Wow. This is such an eye opening talk. It is so easy to forget that there are people behind every search. There are people making decisions as to what should stay and what should go, and those decisions have very real consequences. Amazing talk.
It is quite amazing how he shows how there is power in many different ways around us. How Google can change the search engine depending on the certain person, and how we can determine how good or bad a person is. We have that power.
It's remarkable the amazing and appalling things people can do when they really try and put their minds to it, it's amazing, just how people can change that, just because they put their effort and time into it, by choosing who is honorable, and who is despicable, we have the ability to change small things, but small things add up and change the world.
