People can love without looking at their past, and things that make each person different, and love unconditionally. The courage and goodness of people outweighs the bad in the world. He has a wish that if fulfilled could bring the world closer, and bring more kindness and love into the world making it a better place. That whole experience changed his life and him and his dad's relationship. I also love the idea of a story corps. I think Mr. Huls would love something like that just because, he is that type of person. He loves to listen and talk. And not all of the stories in the story corp's has to be sad.
